How This Works

Each injection adds a dose that decays exponentially with the ester's half-life. The planner stacks those decays at your interval and plots the sum, then rescales so the steady-state peak reads 100. Shorter intervals flatten the curve; longer ones deepen the trough. That shape is the whole point of the tool.

Steady state is shown as five half-lives, the point where a repeated dose has reached about 97 percent of its final level. For cypionate that is about 40 days, for enanthate about 23 days.

The calendar simply counts forward from your first date at your interval, and the .ics file writes one event per date with a reminder. No dose logic is involved beyond printing the number you typed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the curve a prediction of my blood level?
No. It is a relative exposure curve built from each ester's commonly cited half-life, scaled so the steady-state peak equals 100. It shows the shape of the rise and fall between injections, which is what changes when you change the interval. Your actual level depends on dose, injection site, body composition and your own clearance.
Which half-lives does the planner use?
Propionate 0.8 days, enanthate 4.5 days, cypionate 8 days, injectable undecanoate 34 days. These are illustrative figures that vary by source and by depot; the same values are used on the TRT NYC half-life simulator so the two sites agree.
Does this tool recommend a dose?
No. You type the dose your prescriber gave you and the planner builds a calendar around it. Changing dose or frequency is a decision for the prescribing clinician.
How do the phone reminders work?
The Download .ics button creates a standard calendar file with one event per injection, which Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook all import. Reminders fire from your calendar app, not from this site.
Is my schedule saved?
Your settings are saved in this browser's local storage so they are still there next visit. Nothing is sent to a server.
