1. What This Site Is

TRT Foundation is an independent, reader-supported reference site on testosterone replacement therapy. It is not a clinic, not a nonprofit, and does not sell or prescribe anything. It is operated by its editor as an independent publication. "We", where it appears below, means the site and its operator.

2. Educational Use Only

All content, including entries, glossary terms, tools and FAQs, is general educational information. It is not medical advice, does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and must not be relied on in place of consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. The medical disclaimer is part of these terms.

3. Age

This site is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

4. Tools

The tools perform calculations on numbers you enter and compare them against published reference values that are labelled approximate. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Outputs are provided "as is", without any warranty that they are accurate, complete or appropriate for your situation, and they are not a recommendation to take any action. Data saved by a tool is stored only in your browser and you are responsible for keeping any copy you need.

5. No Warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Medical knowledge changes; an entry may be out of date despite the update policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its tools, including any decision about medical treatment. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use this site, which is nothing.

7. Advertising and Third Parties

Advertisements are placed automatically by Google AdSense and are not endorsements. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, tool code and original graphics on this site are the copyright of the operator unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page and quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish entries in full, scrape the site for commercial redistribution, or use the content to train commercial AI systems without written permission. Cited sources remain the property of their publishers.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use this site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to access its hosting infrastructure, or to interfere with its operation or with other users.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is resident, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you a right to bring it elsewhere.
