Send the entry's address and, if you have it, the source that shows the error. Confirmed corrections are made on the entry and the updated date changes.

New trials and guideline updates are the main reason entries change. A DOI or a link is enough.

Quoting with a link is always fine. Full republication needs permission. Individual medical questions can't be answered; the editor is not a clinician.
