ABOUT US
Your trusted source for honest, research-backed information on testosterone health.
We are an independent information blog dedicated to helping men understand TRT, hormonal health, and testosterone optimization — without the hype, without selling anything.
WHO WE ARE
A knowledge hub, not a clinic
TRT Foundation was created for one simple reason: finding clear, unbiased, and medically grounded information about testosterone replacement therapy is surprisingly hard. Most of what's out there is either oversimplified, commercially motivated, or buried in academic jargon.
We are a blog and information resource — not a healthcare provider, not a pharmacy, and not a supplement brand. We don't sell anything. We exist purely to educate, inform, and help men ask better questions when they talk to their doctors.
Whether you're noticing symptoms for the first time, researching treatment options, or already on TRT and trying to understand what's happening in your body — this is the place to start.
WHAT WE COVER
Topics we write about
- Testosterone & low T — causes, symptoms, and diagnosis
- TRT types & delivery methods — injections, gels, patches, pellets, and more
- Side effects & risks — evidence-based, not alarmist
- TRT & fertility — what the research actually shows
- Lab testing & diagnosis — what to ask for and how to read your results
- Mood & mental health — how hormones affect brain function
- Libido & sexual health — separating fact from fiction
- Energy, fatigue & body composition — what TRT can and can't do
- Hormone optimization — beyond just testosterone
Every article on TRT Foundation is written with a focus on what the evidence actually says — not what sounds good in a headline. We pull from clinical studies, medical literature, and expert guidance to give you information you can bring to a real conversation with a real doctor.
OUR PRINCIPLES
How we approach every article
We cite clinical research and published data, not anecdotes or marketing claims.
We don't sell products, take brand deals, or promote clinics. Our only agenda is accurate information.
Medical topics written so anyone can understand them — without dumbing down the science.
TRT isn't right for everyone. We cover risks and limitations just as thoroughly as benefits.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We inform, not prescribe
Everything on TRT Foundation is for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a medical practice and nothing here should be taken as personal medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation.
Disclaimer: Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any hormone therapy. Your health decisions should be made with a licensed professional who knows your full medical history. TRT Foundation does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or recommend specific treatments.
